If few woman can talk openly about domestic violence, the number of men who admit they are victims is even smaller.
A new study finds nearly 30 percent of men have endured some kind of domestic violence during their lifetime.
The poll also found symptoms of depression are nearly three times more common in older men who have been abused.
And like many women, men were likely to stay with their partners despite domestic abuse.
