(WWBT) - United Parcel Service expects to deliver a record 750 million packages this holiday season, nearly a six percent increase compared to last year.
According to a recent Deloitte survey, for the first time ever, more people will buy gifts online this year than in stores.
To prepare, UPS is hiring 95,000 workers and slapping a new holiday surcharge on some packages.
