LOS ANGELES, CA (WWBT) -

Richmond-native and Super Bowl winner Russell Wilson says his pregnant wife, Ciara, is doing fine after a car crash Friday in Los Angeles.

The NFL superstar posted on Twitter, "Momma Wilson & Baby Wilson are feeling great! God is good!"

Ciara, who is in her third trimester with her and husband Wilson's baby, had a scare Friday when a car crashed into her SUV, reports E! News.

She was trying to make a left turn when a car T-boned the passenger side of the vehicle, according to E! News, but pictures from TMZ showed her on her feet and talking on the phone after the crash.

E! News reports neither Ciara nor the other driver were injured.

FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY: Strong storms possible

    Tuesday, January 23 2018 9:10 AM EST2018-01-23 14:10:22 GMT

A strong cold front will be moving through central Virginia on Tuesday morning. Showers are likely with the potential for some thunderstorms as well. While widespread severe weather is not anticipated, there will be strong enough dynamics in the atmosphere such that a few of these storms could turn severe with damaging wind gusts being the main threat. Even an isolated tornado can't be totally ruled out.
