If there is a community event designed to stop the violence and help victims of crime, you’ll no doubt find Charles Willis at the forefront.
He’s spent decades reaching out to youth, fostering better relations between police and the community. He’s been featured in numerous TV news stories, but today was a total shock to the executive director of United Communities Against Crime.
Willis was nearly brought to tears by his “acts of kindness” honors and $300 surprise!
