HENRICO, VA (WWBT) - Henrico Fire says a man suspected of setting an apartment fire last week has been arrested.

The fire marshal's office took Michael Anthony Porter, 49, into custody on Thursday.

Porter is accused of starting a fire in the 4600 block of Sydclay Drive. Fire officials said the blaze that damaged three units was "unusual."

No one was injured in the fire.
