RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Virginia State Police, as well as Richmond Fire and Chesterfield Hazmat crews, responded to a fuel spill Monday morning on an I-95 ramp that caused major traffic delays.
Virginia State Police say a tractor trailer hit a guardrail and leaked fuel from the fuel tanks just after 11:15 a.m. on the I-95 ramp to East Broad Street, closing the north right lane of the interstate and the entrance ramp to northbound I-95.
All lanes were reopened just after noon.
State police say there were no injuries.
