RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmonders are just about four months away from going to the polls to elect a new mayor for the capital city, and this Tuesday, residents will be able to get to know the candidates a bit better.
A town hall meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, July 26 at the historic Fourth Baptist Church on P Street at 6 p.m.
"As events across the nation are affecting us here in the Richmond area, this is a great opportunity to hear the plans of the mayoral candidates," organizers said. "This is not a debate, but rather a question-and-answer forum, led by an impartial moderator.
According to the City of Richmond via the General Registrar's website, the following individuals are listed as running for mayor in the November election.

- Bobby A. "BJ" Junes
- Joseph D. Morrissey
- Michelle R. Mosby
- Levar M. Stoney
- Bruce W. Tyler
- Lawrence E. Williams
