Binghamton University track member injured in Greyhound shooting

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The Binghamton University student injured in Thursday's shooting at the Greyhound station on North Boulevard in Richmond has been released from the hospital.

"We are offering support to her and the handful of student-athletes who were traveling with her during the time of the incident," said Ryan Yarosh, Binghamton's director of public relations. "Our athletic director and other staff traveled to Virginia to be with the athletes and coaches to ensure they receive the support they need."

University officials say the team was en route to a track meet at William & Mary in Williamsburg.
