Lockdown lifted at Hermitage HS after student received threatening message

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

Henrico Schools says Hermitage High School was briefly placed on lockdown Wednesday after a student received a threatening text message.

According to Henrico Schools, the message was sent from another student who was not at the school. The school was placed on lockdown around 10:15 a.m. until the student could be located. The lockdown was lifted around 11 a.m. when the student was found at his home.
