DAY AHEAD: Trump campaigns in Virginia Beach; Bill Clinton stops in Richmond

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

As the Virginia Primary nears on March 1, several candidates are putting their focus on the Commonwealth. 

Former President Bill Clinton will be at the Hippodrome in Richmond at 7 p.m. Wednesday campaigning for Hillary Clinton. He will be in Alexandria at the Durant Art Center earlier in the afternoon. 

Fresh off a caucus win on Tuesday in Nevada, Republican front-runner Donald Trump will be at Regent University in Virginia Beach for the school's Presidential Candidate Forums series at noon. 

Ted Cruz will be at Regent on Friday and Ben Carson will stop there on Monday.  

Bernie Sanders campaigned in Norfolk on Tuesday at the Scope Arena.
