Monday marks 74 years since the deadly Pearl Harbor attack and to mark the anniversary, two survivors will speak at a remembrance ceremony in Richmond.
The event is organized by the Richmond Council as well as the Navy League of the U.S. Organizers will lay a wreath in honor of those who died on that devastating day back in 1941.
Not only will those two survivors speak out, a representative from the state's Secretary for Veteran and Defense Affairs will also offer a few words.
The event begins at 11 a.m. at the Virginia War Memorial. It is open to the public.
