The top three hold steady in this week's NBC12/RVA Sports Network Big 12 poll but there is a change at #4 after Benedictine's loss:

1. LC Bird (8-0) - The Skyhawks routed George Wythe 61-0 to hold on to the top spot. (Last week, #1; vs. Huguenot)

2. Hermitage (8-0) - The Panthers handled Godwin 34-7 to remain unbeaten. (Last week, #2; vs. Glen Allen)

3. Highland Springs (7-1) - The Springers posted their third straight shutout, beating previous #6 Henrico, 21-0) (Last week,
#3; at Patrick Henry)

4. Douglas Freeman (8-0) - The Rebels topped Deep Run to remain unbeaten.  They moved up three spots in this week's poll.
(Last week, #7; vs. Godwin)

5. Monacan (8-1) - The Chiefs also moved up three spots after a shutout win over Midlothian. (Last week, #8; vs. Manchester)

6. Benedictine (6-1) - The Cadets were knocked from the ranks of the unbeaten by Woodbury Forest and dropped two spots in this
week's poll.  (Last week, #4; vs. Fork Union)

7. Lee-Davis (7-1) - The Confederates beat then-#9 Hanover in a cross-county rivalry Friday and moved up three spots to #7.

8. Thomas Dale (6-2) - The Knights were upset by Meadowbrook and dropped three spots in this week's poll. (Last week, #5; vs. Hopewell)

9. Henrico (6-2) - The Warriors were the latest shutout victim of Highland Springs Friday. (Last Week, #6; vs. Lee-Davis)

10. Hopewell (6-2) - The Blue Devils shutout Matoaca and moved up one spot in this week's poll. (Last Week, #11; at Thomas Dale)

11. Manchester (6-2) - The Chiefs bounced back from a loss to Hermitage with a win over Clover Hill. (Last week, #12; at Monacan)

12. Hanover (5-3) - The Hawks are the only three-loss team in the week's poll after falling to Lee-Davis on Friday. (Last week, #9; at Armstrong)
