CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - The tractor trailer driver who ran off the the road on a North Carolina interstate and hit six motorcyclists is due in court Monday.

This comes as a Chesterfield family mourns the loss of a father of four, killed in the horrific accident. 51-year-old Ken Jefferson was a member of the Black Eagle Ryders motorcycle club.

Jefferson's family is taking donations to help with funeral arrangements. The memorial account is with Wells Fargo under "Ken (Networker) Jefferson Memorial Fund".
