(WWBT) - Murry's, Inc. is recalling over 20,000 pounds of chicken nuggets after the product tested positive for a contaminant that can cause food poisoning, according to the FSIS.
They are recalling 12-oz. boxes of "Bell & Evans Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Breast Nuggets" with a best by date of March 25, 2016. The Colorado Department of Agriculture found Staphylococcal enterotoxin, which can cause illness in as little as 30 minutes, in the product.
The product is sold nationwide. There have been no reports of illness at this time.
