CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - Two people were taken to the hospital and another charged with reckless driving in a four-vehicle crash on Midlothian Turnpike on Monday morning.

The crash near the intersection of Moorfield Park Drive around 11 a.m. left one car on its roof while another suffered serious damage to its front end. The car was headed west in the middle lane of Midlothian Turnpike when it was hit by a second car, police said. The impact forced the car into two others stopped in the right lane. The driver then overcorrected, entered the median and flipped onto its roof.

Two people were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police charged the driver of the second car with reckless driving.
