RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - A Henrico man faces second-degree murder and weapons charges in connection with a homicide at a Richmond gas station.
Richmond Police detectives charged Brandon L. Jackson, 26, in connection with the deadly March shooting on Jahnke Road. Jackson was already in jail on unrelated charges outside the city.

Pamela-Ann Kynzaher, 19, was shot at the Exxon Station on Jahnke Road near Forest Hill Avenue on March 14. She was taken to Chippenham hospital where she later died.
Jackson's charges include second-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and willfully discharging a firearm in a public place.
Witnesses called police reporting shots fired at Kynzaher during a dispute. At the time police said they were looking for two suspects. Police have not said if they are looking for anyone else at this time.
