RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

Sleepless nights are nothing new for parents of newborns, so how do you get them to sleep through the night?

Our Rachel DePompa is a new mom and she has some answers to this week's RVA Parenting question. As a first time mom of -month-old twins she is struggling with the lack of sleep.

We reached out on Facebook and got dozens of replies and plenty of stories from sympathetic parents. We also spoke with a pediatrician for expert advice.

We still want to hear from you. Leave your comments on the NBC12 News Facebook page in and share your parenting stories.
