A feature buried deep within the megabytes of your smartphone's menu reportedly tracks your every move, and most smartphone users have no idea.
The frequent locations feature includes how often you go to a certain place, when you were there and for how long, reports our sister station WXIX.
According to Apple, the feature helps your device and third-party apps, like maps your might use on your phone, to use information from cellular, Wi-Fi and GPS to determine your location. The same feature is also on iPads.
