RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - Richmond Police say a man forced his way into a Fulton woman's home, knocked her out and stole several items from her Tuesday afternoon.
Police went to the home in the 5200 block of Parker Street around 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, for a reported assault and robbery. Authorities said a woman at the home said a man knocked on her door and forced his way into the building. He then pulled out a gun and struck her in the head, according to authorities.
The suspect stole a purse and a bag of items, and ran off. Police described the suspect as a black male, 5'6" to 5'8" tall with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a puffy orange jacket.
