Breaking: Man dead after altercation with police

Breaking Right Now-- all lanes are opening up for your morning commute after a deadly crash on I-95 South. A Henrico man is dead after brief altercation with police near the Parham Road exit. We will have a live report from the scene.

Happening Today--all eyes will be on a Philadelphia Courtroom as abduction suspect, Delvin Barnes faces a judge. The 37-year-old Charles City County man --faces federal charges in the abduction of Carlesha Freeland-Gaither in Philly. Barnes also faces charges for the abduction, beating, and rape of a Richmond 16-year-old. Laura Geller will be in Philadelphia today for Barnes' first court appearance. Today, state leaders will tackle animal fighting in Virginia. Attorney General, Mark Herring is teaming up with law enforcement and the ASPCA for today's conference. It begins in Blacksburg at 8am.
