New this morning, the verdict is in for the captain accused of killing more than 300 people when his ferry sank back in April. A panel of judges acquitted Lee Joon-Seok of murder. However, they sentenced him to 36 years in jail.
There is a recall affecting more than 2 million Happy Meal Toys. McDonald's is recalling the "Hello Kitty" "Lollipop Whistle" because it can pose a choking hazard to young children. If you have one of these toys, you're asked to take it to your nearest McDonald's immediately. There, you can get another toy, free yogurt, or free apple slices.
