Suspect arrested in connection to Westover Hills Boulevard double homicide

Richmond Police have arrested a suspect after a deadly shooting on Westover Hills Boulevard that injured one person and left two dead.

Police say Rashard Cutler, 21, has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder in connection to the shooting on October 19.

Three people were found shot around 2:27 a.m. in the 400 block of Westover Hills Boulevard. Elijah Gee, 24, and Antonio Sherman, 18, died at the scene. A third victim, a 19-year-old woman, was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. She is now in stable condition.
