FBI: $20,000 reward for wanted man, may be in Richmond

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The Baltimore division of the FBI has put out an alert in Virginia for a man wanted in the murder of a three-year-old girl in Maryland.

Davon Antwan Wallace, 25, faces first degree murder, second degree murder, first degree assault, and second degree assault charges.

The FBI says on August 10, Wallace got into an argument with a man outside a home in the 7000 block of East Kilmer Street in Landover, MD. He later returned to the home with a gun and fired into the house, hitting three-year-old Knijah Amore Bibb. Bibb was transported to the hospital where she later died.

Wallace is described as a black male, about 6' tall, weighs about 160 to 190 pounds, and has a tattoo on his neck.  He may also being wearing glasses.

The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading directly to Wallace's arrest. Wallace is considered armed and dangerous. If you have any information, contact the FBI.
