Richmond police are investigating an overnight shooting in the Fulton Hill neighborhood. One man was shot around one this morning along Admiral Gravely Boulevard---not too far from Gillies Creek Park. He was rushed to the hospital. Officers are still investigating this shooting, so we're still working to find out if there is a suspect description, or if a motive is known.
After weeks of testimony and cross examinations, the corruption case against former governor Bob McDonnell and his wife Maureen finally heads to the Jury. If convicted, the McDonnell's could face 30 years in prison and millions of dollars in fines. The two are charged with accepting more than $165,000 dollars in gifts and other perks from Star Scientific CEO Jonnie Williams for promoting his company's dietary supplement.
Governor Terry McAuliffe is expected to make what his office is calling a major economic development announcement. So far, they're not giving much detail on exactly what that is. Governor McAuliffe expected to address the public at 10:30 this morning. We'll let you know what happens.
