4-year-old with rare dwarfism to appear in Dominion Christmas Parade

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

A very special young boy is set to appear as a VIP in this year's Dominion Christmas Parade.

In April, we introduced you to 4-year-old Jacob Walker - the only boy in the world living with one of the rarest forms of dwarfism. The local celebrity with a huge personality stands just over two-and-a-half feet tall.

Jacob will have a special meet-and-greet with the parade's Grand Marshal and the Harlem Globetrotters.

Jacob tells us he's very excited to join in the Christmas fun, December 6.
