CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) - A Richmond man has accepted a plea deal in a string of Chesterfield indecent exposure cases.

Muthanna Subbayya accepted a plea deal which dropped all but a charge of trespassing and one count of indecent exposure. Subbayya's jail time was suspended for the guilty plea on the trespassing charge and the sentencing hearing on the guilty plea of indecent exposure was delayed until December.

Prosecutors agreed not to pursue three charges of simulated masturbation and three charges of indecent exposure.

Subayya was accused of masturbating in his vehicle while parked in the 4700 block of Commonwealth Centre Parkway. Chesterfield police later connected him to four other incidents in the county this year, including incidents on Clovertree Court, Huguenot Road, and Midlothian Turnpike.
