RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) - The Executive Assistant to the former CEO of Star Scientific detailed an extensive list of flights, loans, and other gifts given to the former first family.

Jerri Fulkerson testified Wednesday about the relationship between Jonnie Williams and former governor Bob McDonnell, his wife, Maureen, and their daughters.

Fulkerson served as Executive Assistant to Jonnie Williams for 19 years, handling matters such as flight and travel arrangements and also signing checks in his name.

She testified about the McDonnnell families use of Williams house at Smith Mountain Lake, including one trip in which she arranged for Rachel to use his Land Rover.

She also explained how she had to write a check three times for $50,000 to MoBo Realty, a company created by the former first couple to manage their properties. In two instances Williams had Fulkerson void the checks because she wrote Maureen's name on the memo line.

Fulkerson also detailed Williams wedding present to the McDonnells' daughter, Jeanine, and her husband, Adam. Williams wanted to give the couple a whole home generator, but when logistics proved too difficult, decided to instead give them $10,000 and first class airfare for their honeymoon.

Fulkerson noted she often signed checks and paperwork for Williams and is a notary public. In at least one instance, she signed for Williams and then notarized the signature herself.

Expense reports presented by the prosecution also revealed meetings and golf merchandise arranged by Williams for the former governor at a country club, where Williams was a member.
