A man accused of taking upskirt photos of a woman at a gas station in Henrico is facing even more charges.  And police say there may be more victims.

Police say Bennett Church was seen taking upskirt photographs of a woman at the WaWa in the 8000 block of W. Broad Street at 11:40 a.m. Thursday. And according to police, he tried to commit the crime with two detective near by, but an employee allegedly caught Church red handed.

"He made some comment to the effect, 'Hey you can't do that!'" says Lt. Linda Toney.

When they confronted Church, he tried to run.  Police say a third officer was parked outside finishing up some paperwork when he saw the men run out.  Police quickly caught Church in the parking lot and police say they also found marijuana on him, which meant another charge.

"Who knows how long he's been doing this, what other locations he's been doing it," says Val Frieda, a customer.

Now police are going through Church's phone and believe there could be other victims.  "Some people may be embarrassed and not think about it please give us a call that would help us," says Lt. Toney.

Some customers say Church's alleged actions may depict a deeper problem.  "It's very disrespectful but if they caught the guy I'm very happy for that, maybe he can get the help that he needs," says Robert Watkins, a customer.

Church has been charged with being drunk in public, shoplifting, marijuana possession, and for the unlawful photographs.  His court date is scheduled for September.
