(KDVR/CNN) - A Colorado woman is charged with conspiracy to provide material support to terrorists, according to court documents unsealed Wednesday.

Shannon Maureen Conley, 19, was arrested at the Denver Airport back in April just before boarding a flight to Germany.

FBI agents say Conley told them she was going to Turkey to marry a member of the terrorist group ISIS, whom she had met online.

Officials say she planned to join him at an ISIS camp in Syria near the Turkish border, where she would act as a nurse.

She came to the attention of authorities after a Colorado pastor called police and reported she was acting suspicious.

Her neighbors also noticed a change in her behavior.

"Any time I saw her walking, she would always walk with her head down, you know, very covered," Brenda Herrera said, who is a neighbor.

Conley is in the custody of U.S. Marshals.

If convicted, Conley faces up to 15 years in prison.
