1 adult, 2 children injured after vehicle lands on roof in Richmond accident

RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

Police are responding to a multi-vehicle accident that sent an adult and two children to the hospital.

The crash happened in the 3900 block of Grove Avenue near Hamilton Street on Saturday afternoon.

Three vehicles were involved in the accident. One adult and two children were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

Police say one of the drivers ran a red light. That driver has been charged with disregarding a red light.

Police are still investigating the crash.
