Chesterfield police seek suspect caught on camera taking 'upskirt' photos

CHESTERFIELD, VA (WWBT) -

Chesterfield police are looking for a man who was caught on a store surveillance camera in April using a cell phone to take pictures of women without their consent.

The incident happened at the T.J.Maxx at 11500 Midlothian Turnpike on Friday, April 4. Police said store surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect taking pictures up the skirts of at least two women. The victims were not aware of the suspect's actions. When approached by store employees, the suspect left the store.

The suspect was described as a black male, 40 to 48 years old, about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He had short hair.
