Police have released surveillance photos of the suspect that robbed the Franklin Federal Savings Bank on May 6.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, about 5'8" to 5'10" tall, and weighing between 120 to 150 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded shirt and sweat pants at the time of the robbery.

Police say the suspect entered the bank around 1:30 p.m., robbed a teller at the bank at gunpoint and left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He escaped with a second suspect in a Toyota Camry that was carjacked earlier from the 8900 block of Quioccasin Road. The vehicle was later found abandoned in Richmond at Stuart and Ripley avenues.

The second suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20s, weighing about 240 to 260 pounds.
