LYNCHBURG, VA (WWBT) - Lynchburg authorities will hold a press conference Thursday afternoon to reveal the results of the investigation into a teen who was found dead in December.
Jamisha Gilbert, 18, went missing when her family's car was found crashed and abandoned in Lynchburg in December. Her body was later found in a heavily wooded area between Route 460 and Concord Turnpike and police determined the case was suspicious.
The Lynchburg Commonwealth Attorney's Office and Police departments will hold a press conference at 3 p.m. to give the results of their investigation. NBC12 will have updates on-air and online.
