RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

The FBI is searching for a man accused of engaging in sexually explicit activities with a young boy, and they need the public's help identifying the suspect.

The man, referred to as 'John Doe 28,' was spotted by the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in November 2012.

The FBI released several photos that partly show John Doe 28's face and other features that may help identify him or his location.
