Walmart in Chester evacuated again following bomb threat

CHESTER, VA (WWBT) - Chesterfield Police confirm there has been another bomb threat at the Walmart out on Route 10.

Police tell us they were called out to the Walmart in the 12000 block of Iron Bridge Road around 3:19 p.m. Sunday after someone called in a bomb threat. When they arrived officers assisted management with evacuating the store.

Customers were allowed back inside about 45 minutes later after police conducted a search.

The investigation is ongoing. This is the same Walmart evacuated on Thursday for another bomb threat.
