Danville man arrested after being found on Ashley Furniture's roof

A Danville man is behind bars after he was found on the roof of Ashley Furniture.

Saturday morning around 7:30 Danville Police responded to the store on Crown Drive, in reference to anemployee hearing what sounded like sawing coming from the roof.

Officers found Gerald Sehen, 50 of Danville on the roof. 

Police say a heating/air condition unit had been damagedand metal removed. 

Sehen was chargedwith petit larceny, malicious damage and trespassing.  An outstanding capias for contempt of courtfrom Henry County Va. was also served on Sehen.
