Woman charged in beating death of Rusty Mack expected in court

COLONIAL HEIGHTS, VA (WWBT) -

The woman charged in the beating death of Rusty Mack is expected to be in court on Tuesday.

A judge will set a new trial date for Blair Dacey. Dacey faces multiple charges, including murder and malicious wounding. 

Three suspects, including Mack's estranged wife and step-cousin were also charged in Mack's death. Ashley Mack was found not guilty. Charges against Mack's step-cousin were dropped.

Dacey is due in court in Colonial Heights.
