Good morning from Gray. Here's a look at some of the stories you will want to catch before you leave the house on 12 News Today.

Happening now, crews are working to clear the snow and ice off the roads.  Drivers will still face slick and icy road conditions. To make matters worse, today is expected to be the coldest we've seen so far. Some people are waking up to single digits. Andrew and Samantha are tracking the system and will let you know what to expect.

Just about every major school district in the metro area has canceled classes for today. That includes, Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Hanover. Colonial Heights and Petersburg are also keeping the kids at home. For a complete list got to our website,

Today, the only person left charged in the killing of Rusty Mack in Colonial Heights is expected in court.  A judge will  set a new trial date for Blair Dacey. Dacey faces multiple charges--including murder and malicious wounding. Originally, three suspects were also charged in Mack's death, but have since walked free.
