RICHMOND, VA (WWBT) -

The Champps Restaurant & Bar at Stony Point Fashion Park closed Wednesday.

A sign in the window says the location has been closed by the corporate office.

Stony Point has been monitoring the restaurant's status since the parent company of Champps filed for bankruptcy late last year.

Champps is expected to vacate the premises within the next week.
