According to arrest warrants filed by Blacksburg Police Shrestha is the victim of a weekend homicide after she disappeared on Saturday.

While police have not released where the crime scene is, homeowners on a rural road in Blacksburg found a black Mercedes that police say is tied to  murder investigation. Neighbors tell WSLS they notified police Monday morning.

The car was found on the 600 block of High Meadow Road, just five minutes off of Route 460. No details of the condition of the car or what was found in the car have been released.

Neighbors were too shaken to speak about details.

Virginia tech student 22-year-old Jessica Ewing of Blacksburg is charged with murder .Virginia Tech graduate 23-year-old Keifer Brown of Blacksburg is charged with accessory after the fact.

They are being held without bond. Police have not said how the suspects knew the victim.

Shrestha was a member of Epsilon Sigma Alpha, a co-ed service based fraternity on Virginia Tech's campus.

Monday members reached out on social media posting a memorial.

In comments friends said that she was a” kind-hearted person” and that “words are truly insignificant in expressing their sadness of the loss of a fellow Hokie.”

They did not want to comment to the media---but say they are keeping her family in their thoughts and prayers.

WSLS will continue to keep you updated on the latest.
