HANOVER, VA (WWBT) -

A Hanover teen who pleaded guilty to setting a trio of fires is expected in court Monday.

Jacob Sprio, 19, was originally supposed to be sentenced in December, but prosecutors said a courtroom outburst made the judge delay that decision.

Spiro is responsible for setting three different fires in the King's Charter Community, which caused more than $1 million in damage.

Spiro is due for a competency hearing at 1:30 p.m.
