Timothy Moss, 39, was charged with shoplifting and trespassing.
SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -
Springfield police arrested a man who allegedly stuffed frozen pizzas in his shirt before he attempted to leave the CVS at 600 State St. early Thursday morning, according to Springfield police Sgt. John Delaney.
The suspect, identified as Timothy Moss, 39, of 769 Worthington St., reportedly became combative after he was asked to leave by CVS security. Moss had previously been kicked out of the store on several occasions, Delaney said.
Officers responded to CVS and arrested Moss. It was then that the pizzas were discovered in Moss' shirt. He was charged with trespassing and shoplifting.
Moss was arraigned in Springfield District Court Thursday.
