Police release photos of possible 'knockout game' attack at Henrico McDonald's

HENRICO, VA (WWBT) -

Surveillance photos show two suspects in a possible "knockout game" attack on a homeless man at a Henrico McDonald's this weekend, according to police.

The photos show two people police believe walked into the McDonald's near Glenside and Broad streets around 4 a.m. Saturday and attacked a 40-year-old homeless man sitting at a table inside.

The man was taken to the hospital with minor injuries to his face and is expected to be okay.

The suspects ran from the business and were picked up in the parking lot by someone driving a dark-colored, 4-door vehicle, according to police.

The suspects are described as black males, 16-20 years old, 5'8"-5'10", weighing 140-160 pounds.  One suspect was wearing a red, hooded sweatshirt and one suspect was wearing a blue, hooded sweatshirt.         

Police were told the incident may have been recorded by the suspects, but the surveillance video doesn't show anyone recording.
