Depression is always difficult but during the holiday season those feelings can become worse. In this week's Neighborhood Health Watch we give tips on dealing with depression during the holiday season.

Symptoms of depression include feelings of sadness, guilt, poor concentration, energy loss, and decreased appetite.
Helpful treatments can include prescribed medications and daily exercise.
If symptoms last more than two weeks or if you develop feelings of hurting yourself or others, see your doctor.
