Also, in a few hours, Virginia's Court of appeals takes up the second-degree murder conviction of George Huguely. He is serving 23 years for the beating death of UVA Lacrosse Player, Yeardley Love.
Happening today, a Nelson County judge will hear the plea for a gag order in the abduction case involving Alexis Murphy. The Commonwealth's Attorney wants to stop people involved in the case from talking to the media. He fears it could jeopardize suspect Randy Allen Taylor's trial. Murphy hasn't been seen since disappearing in August.
