Adopt a structured sleep schedule and avoid alcohol near bedtime. The symptoms may be medication related. Adopting a healthy diet and regular exercise can and will help energy levels and normalize sleep patterns.
If symptoms persist for more than a few weeks or are interfering with daily activities, seek medical attention.
