CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA (WWBT) -
Two University of Virginia students were robbed on campus over the weekend, according to Charlottesville Police, prompting officials to increase their presence around the area.
Police say a 26-year-old student had her purse taken around 2:45 am on Saturday.
Less than an hour later, a 19-year-old male student reported being attacked and robbed by three men.
Police are warning that students should stick together, especially during the late-night hours.
