Today, polls will open all across Virginia. The candidates for Governor are making a final push hoping to sway votes their way in a tight race. The trial of the man accused of causing some scary moments at Richmond City Hall is expected to get underway in just a few hours. Nathaniel Burwell is expected to represent himself on trespassing charges. This after he had a problem with his Social Security check and then refused to leave the Mayor Dwight Jones' office. It was later discovered that Burwell's bag, which he checked at security, had a hatchet inside at the time. Burwell's trial is expected to get underway at 9-30 this morning. We'll of course let you know what happens.
Breaking overnight, panic at a New Jersey mall after a gunman fires shots right before the mall closes. This morning police are still searching for the shooter.
