HANOVER, VA (WWBT) -

Patrick Henry High School in Hanover was briefly evacuated after a bomb threat Friday morning.

Approximately 1500 students were sent next door to Liberty Middle School for about 20 minutes, but have since been allowed to return to the building, according to Hanover County Schools.

Administrators and Hanover County Fire crews used a K-9 to inspect the school, according to a school secretary.
