Breaking: Fire and police crews are on scene of a reported gas leak in Henrico County. It's happening in the 4000 block of Williamsburg Road. The area between Clayton Road and Klockner Drive have been shut down because of this. We will keep you posted.

With just a little more than a month away from Election Day, we're getting the latest this morning on Decision Virginia. The Democratic Party of Virginia has filed a federal lawsuit saying tens of thousands of voters are at risk of being purged from voter rolls.
Plus, the budget stalemate shows no signs of easing on Capitol Hill and there are hints of a long siege ahead, with the government remaining shuttered. Republicans aren't backing down on their price of derailment or delay of the health care law in return for a temporary spending bill. Some lawmakers suggest it could go on for weeks.
